Rapih Privacy policy
Last updated
This policy explains what data Rapih handles and where it goes. In short: Rapih is a shared app, so a workspace lives on a server, is visible only to its members, and is never sold or used for ads.
Account data
To sign in you need an invitation to a workspace. Rapih stores your name, email address, a hashed password (never the password itself), and, if you turn them on, your two-factor and passkey settings.
Workspace data
Projects, tasks, sub tasks, comments, requesters, and member roles are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon in Singapore, and the app runs on Render in Singapore. Only members of a workspace can see its data.
AI suggestions (optional)
When you describe a change in a sentence, Rapih sends that sentence and the titles, dates, and statuses of the tasks in scope to Google's Gemini API to draft the edits. Nothing is changed until you confirm. These requests are subject to Google's own terms.
Rapih sends email only for invitations, email verification, and password resets.
What Rapih does not do
- No ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no selling or sharing of data.
Deleting your data
A workspace admin can remove members and their access. To delete your account and the data attached to it, write to the address on the contact page.
