Rapih

Task management for a team: board, timeline, and who's on what.

It's invite-only for now, so I send access by email.

    One board per project

  • Weekly timeline of tasks and sub tasks with progress, start, and end dates
A timeline per person, exportable to Excel

Rapih is a task manager for a team that wants Jira's structure without Jira's weight.

What it does

  • Shows each project as a board, a list, or a timeline. Tasks can be created right in a board column.
  • Tasks move through Backlog, To Do, In Progress, and Done, and can be put on hold or cancelled.
  • Breaks work into sub tasks. Shifting a task's dates shifts its whole subtree in one step.
  • Records who asked for each task, and hands that requester down to its sub tasks.
  • A monitoring view opens on this week's agenda, with a timeline per person and per division.
  • Describe a change in one sentence ("move the launch tasks to next week") and the AI drafts the edits. Nothing is applied until you confirm.
  • Folds away finished work older than a month so boards stay readable.
  • Workspaces with members, roles, and invitations. Two-factor authentication and passkeys are supported.
  • Works in Indonesian and English, in light and dark mode.

Why it exists

Most task tools are either too thin for a team with real deadlines or priced per seat. Rapih keeps only the parts a small team uses and runs on free-tier hosting.
